Purchasing a product on this website signifies that you ("the purchaser") agree to the following agreement ("this agreement") between you and Hyperion Servers ("we," "us," "our").
All of our products are listed and sold in the USD (United States Dollar) currency.
All of our products are subject to change, at any time and at our discretion due to server content updates. Should changes occur, we will try our best to notify the purchaser of such changes; changes to the products include the addition of perks, removal of perks, replacement of perks, replacement or removal of products, themselves.
If we determine that the purchaser has violated our rules, we reserve the right to take levels of action against his/her account (i.e. a verbal/text warning, a kick, a ban, etc); this may partially or completely prevent the purchaser from using the product(s) that he/she has purchased.
We do not offer refunds or returns on any purchase. All sales are final.
